現在、第三者が当組合と非常によく似たメールアドレスを使用し、
請求書や支払案内を送付する「なりすましメール（ビジネスメール詐欺）」の事例が確認されています。

当組合からの連絡と思われるメールで、以下のような点がある場合は、
お手続き前に必ず事務局へご確認ください。
・差出人のメールアドレスに違和感がある
・通常の営業時間外に送信されている
・通常と異なる請求内容や振込先が記載されている

万が一、金銭的被害等の実害が生じた場合には、速やかに警察へ届け出てください。

被害を未然に防ぐために日頃より、以下の対策を実施していただきますようお願いいたします。
・ウイルスチェックの実施
・メールパスワードの定期的な変更

We have confirmed instances of phishing emails (business email compromise) where third parties are using email addresses very similar to our association’s to send invoices and payment instructions.

If you receive an email purporting to be from our association with any of the following characteristics, please verify with JPEA secretariat before proceeding with any actions.
・The sender’s email address appears suspicious
・The email was sent outside of normal business hours
・The invoice details or payment destination differ from the usual

In the unfortunate event that you suffer financial loss or other actual damage, please report it to the police immediately.

To prevent damage
We ask that you implement the following countermeasures on a regular basis.
・Perform virus checks
・Change your email password regularly
